Data Rights and Grievance Redressal

SN Wealth respects the privacy of its clients and website visitors. This page sets out the procedure for submitting requests relating to personal data and for raising privacy-related grievances. Requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the nature of our relationship with the individual.
1. Submission of Requests
Rule 14(1) and (2) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (DPDP Rules) provide for publication of the request procedure and the identifiers required to exercise applicable rights.
Requests may be submitted using the form below or by email to support@snwealth.in or by telephone at +91 98924 48809. Please provide your name, the email address or telephone number associated with your enquiry or client relationship, and sufficient details to identify the request.
For your security, please do not include PAN numbers, identity document copies, account credentials or a child’s personal information in this form. Where additional verification is necessary, our team will advise you of the appropriate procedure.
2. Verification and Review
SN Wealth may undertake reasonable verification to protect personal data from unauthorised disclosure or alteration. Where further information is required to process a request, we will contact you through the details provided.
Requests for erasure or withdrawal of consent will be assessed against the relevant service requirements and applicable legal or regulatory retention obligations. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue the service concerned. If any records must be retained, we will explain the reason in our response.
3. Grievance Redressal
Privacy-related grievances should be addressed to the Chairperson — DPDP Compliance, SN Wealth, identified below. Section 13 of the DPDP Act provides for grievance redressal. Rule 14(3) of the DPDP Rules provides for a published grievance response period not exceeding 90 days. SN Wealth aims to resolve grievances promptly and within 90 days of receipt. Our response will set out the outcome of the review and, where appropriate, the action taken.
Where a grievance remains unresolved after completion of our grievance redressal process, the individual may pursue the remedies available under applicable law, including approaching the Data Protection Board of India where the relevant provisions and complaint mechanism are operational. 4. Designated DPDP Contact
Anushree Nagpure is SN Wealth’s designated point of contact for DPDP-related enquiries, personal data requests and grievance coordination. Rule 9 of the DPDP Rules addresses publication of the business contact information of the person responsible for answering questions about personal data processing.

5. Submit a Privacy Request
The information submitted through this form will be used to identify, review and respond to your privacy request, including verification where necessary. Requests are delivered to support@snwealth.in and handled by our team in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The references above are to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. These instruments provide for phased commencement.
